Co-Founder & President
Jerry is the big picture mind behind the ideas and designs that form the basis of the Zodat brand. He has been the owner/operator of his own oil industry consulting company for the last 14 years. Prior to starting his own business, he was the operations manager for a large multi-national oil service company overseeing as many as 250 employees while living and working internationally in emerging market economies while controlling the mayhem and finding ways to achieve goals in challenging business environments, regardless of the hurdles encountered. His background in engineering solutions as well as his managerial experience will take the company from concept to full brand name industry recognition, while maximizing investor ROI.
Jerry lives in SW Colorado with his wife, two boys, one giant dog, two cats, 3 pet rats, and a salamander.
Co-Founder & CFO
Paula is a high energy trailblazer that helped found Zodat after founding her first business, Heartrock LLC 21 years ago. Heartrock provided accounting/finance consulting for small businesses and luxury hotels, domestically and internationally, including many hotel openings. Her reputation grew her business through word of mouth and networking. Prior to running her own business, she was a Director of Finance for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Her approach is integrous and forthright and promotes a relaxed yet productive/motivated environment wherein the team and the company thrive. She has a talent for assessing a situation and creating the best possible action plan for all concerned. Paula’s organizational skills and attention to detail will help ensure accurate and timely financial reporting with clear and concise company information to all investors. Paula lives in SW Colorado with her husband and dog.
Kevin is a 35+ year veteran of the Automotive and Heavy-Duty Industry brining an extraordinary expertise in Sales, Marketing, Category Management, Supply Chain Management, and Operations. He has had the pleasure to establish relationships with the industry’s most recognized companies – from customers to manufacturers, both domestically and internationally. He has a track record of generating top-line sales growth through effective strategic planning, product management, new product introductions and new channel development
Kevin’s career history spans a wide and diverse range of responsibilities that demonstrates his results-oriented business approach, in addition to strong communication and leadership skills. He prides himself on being an organized and dependable professional, a collaborative team player, and a creative problem solver.
Kevin is an individual who possesses a can-do attitude and who’s not a stranger to overcoming objections. He is an active member in both industry and civic organizations and is an avid outdoorsman.
